Return Policy

Our team wants you to be fired up about your STRIKE + BURN candle purchase. Candles purchased online at may be returned for a full refund (minus any shipping charges) within ten (10) days of delivery. Returns are free.

To request an RMA (Return Material Authorization), contact us with your order confirmation number. In the email subject field, include the ORDER NUMBER. Candles must be unused, in the original packaging, and in sellable condition. We will email you the RMA and a prepaid postage label. Please include a copy of your emailed RMA receipt in the return shipment box to ensure the proper credit is issued back to you.

Once we process your return, you will receive a full refund minus any shipping charges on the original form of payment in 3-5 business days.

Free Returns

We offer free returns. Candles must be unused, in the original packaging, and in sellable condition. To process your return, follow the Return Policy.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are a final sale and non-refundable. Strike and Burn gift cards do not expire. Coupons are not valid with Gift Card Purchases.

Shipping Refund

Unfortunately, we can not offer a refund for shipping charges, but we are happy to offer free returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your candle purchase, follow the Return Policy.

Exchange Policy

We cannot offer direct exchanges. Please follow the return policy and place a new order online at Doing this will ensure we have the inventory available for your order.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel, forward your order confirmation email with CANCEL ORDER in the subject line. Once your order ships, we can no longer stop the shipment. See our Return Policy.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should this happen, contact us.

Please report claims for items damaged during transit within three (3) days of delivery. Do not discard the shipping materials until your claim has been filed and resolved. Email images, including all packaging, and a copy of your emailed order receipt to us, and we will replace your order.

Please Recycle

We aim to do our part to support the environment. Please repurpose, reuse, or upcycle your candle container/lid and shipping materials. We do not purchase styrofoam or plastic shipping materials. However, we may reuse these materials when shipping your order. We hope you also consider reusing these materials instead of sending them to landfills. Check out our Recycling Tips.
